Souvent, on a tendance \u00e0 confondre le leadership avec le management. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le leader inspire, innove et f\u00e9d\u00e8re autour d\u2019une vision. Et le manager, quant \u00e0 lui, met en \u0153uvre ses comp\u00e9tences pour r\u00e9aliser la vision du leader. Ainsi, dans les organisations, ces postures peuvent \u00eatre incarn\u00e9es par un leader-manager mais peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement dissoci\u00e9es chez un leader d\u2019une part et des managers d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon Mintzberg<\/a>, Whetten et Cameron<\/a>, le leader-manager poss\u00e8de 5 comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
